内厝社区位于官桥镇东南部，下辖内厝、梧茂、山后、落坑4个自然村，2011年1月1日成立社区居民委员会。[1]
地名由来[edit]
村前有七个水潭环绕，故又称七星潭；潭中满是莲花，也称莲湖。明建文元年（1399年），开基祖槐溪公来此定居，乡号定为“莲湖境”。民国中期改名内厝。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
明清时此地隶属南安三十六都，民国时称莲湖保。新中国成立初，这里成为内厝乡；1958年公社化期间设内厝大队，1984年更名为内厝村民委员会。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
泉州市人民政府网站2008年的景点介绍称，内厝村是「泉州十佳魅力乡村」之一，村内建筑整齐，有比干文化的渊源，也是粮油企业集中的实业村。[2]
鲤鱼桥在内厝村，年代为清，列为市级文物保护单位。[3]
