后田村位于丰州镇西北部，距镇政府驻地约1.6公里，因地处狮子山北麓而得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此地先前属一都，民国时期划归旭山保；1949年后并入旭山乡。1958年分出单设后田大队，1984年定名丰州镇后田村委会。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村辖高洋、坑尾、后寮、厝仔、大坑五个自然村，聚落分布在狮子山北麓的河谷间。[1]村内以种植水稻、甘薯为主，果林有龙眼、杨梅等。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

后田傅卓斋墓为清代古墓葬，属第四次全国文物普查新发现的不可移动文物。[2]
