南丰村位于金淘镇北部，东与时潮村相邻，北与码头镇交界。村名源于1958年公社化时成立的南丰大队。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

南丰原属十四都。民国时，今村地分属斗南与新丰两个保；新中国成立初期归中心乡。1956年，斗南与新丰合办南丰农业社；1958年公社化时期设南丰大队，直到1984年才改设南丰村委会。[1]

2020年12月，南丰村入选「2020年福建省森林村庄」名单。2024年1月，该村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」，同月上榜「2023年度南安市和谐村（社区）」名单。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村落面积2.5平方千米，南依红洋寨，北靠北斗寨。村南与镇政府、侨光中学相连。[2]
