历史沿革[edit]
村名的来历：据称李氏始祖为唐室后裔，其后辗转迁居，元末入闽，先居榕城，后到泉州，泉乐公最终择圳山而居，定名石圳[1]。
明清时期归十五都管辖，民国33年（1944年）划入金井石圳保。1956年隶属金井区爱群乡，1959年为金井公社的石圳大队，1984年起称金井镇石圳村委会[1]。
经济[edit]
村民以种植甘薯、花生、蔬菜为主，也从事海洋捕捞，并养殖紫菜和南美白虾，村中另有服装、纺织、织绳等企业[1]。
文化[edit]
村中设有石圳华侨中学和华侨小学，并有幼儿园和老人学校[1]。
