地理环境[edit]
村东的凤凰展翼山与西园街道官前社区相邻，南面靠近灵源山，周围还有进财山、高州山等多座山岭[3]。
人口民族[edit]
村辖宅内、南仓两个自然村。截至2008年，村中设9个村民小组，有583户、2460人[2]。村中以庄姓为主，王姓次之[2][3]。
历史沿革[edit]
庄氏的开基始祖履泰公，已有六百多年的历史[2]。
名胜古迹[edit]
村中有明代庄用宾墓，为市级文物保护单位[4]。南仓自然村的「闽浙赣人民游击纵队闽中支队泉州团队部旧址」是革命旧址，同为市级文物保护单位[4][5]。
