涌溪村是德化县桂阳乡的行政村，位于乡政府东北部，距乡政府10.5公里，地处银瓶山北麓。[1][2]村域面积13.1平方千米，1999年末登记85户、256人。[2]

地名与沿革[edit]

村名取自自西北向东南穿流而过的涌溪。[1][2]宋明属常平乡杨梅上团；清代归梅上里桂阳社。[2]民国23年划入第三区，编为桂阳联保的一部分，1928年以后改属桂溪、桂涌两乡。[2]1958年村地隶属葛坑公社洪田大队；1961年，村子从洪田分出，另立涌溪大队，归溪洋公社管辖。[2]1984年改称涌溪村；1998年，村名又改作涌溪新村。[1][2]

移民与村落[edit]

1998年，村民陆续搬迁，其中约一百五十人去了县城关住，其余的人在锄山集中建起新村。[2]如今村部设在锄山新村，全村分布为3个自然村落，南山坑位于村委会之南，龙直坑位于村委会以西。[2]

地理环境[edit]

全村林地约1.79万亩，耕地仅25亩，果园约115亩。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2019年12月，村子获「第一批国家森林乡村」称号。[1][2]

2021年12月，村子入选「福建省第二批高级版绿盈乡村（乡镇）」。[2]2022年10月，又获「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」称号。[2]

2022年12月，村子获福建省卫生村的命名。[2]
