东里村是赤水镇下辖的行政村，位于戴云山脚下，村民分居东官洋、中洋、下洋3个自然村落，村域土地总面积10.2平方千米。[1][3]

村名的来历是村落建居于山麓东侧。[4]

历史沿革[edit]

宋至清代，此地归赤水管辖；民国时属赤水乡东里保，新中国成立后归赤水区。[2]

1958年随赤水人民公社划为一个生产大队；1962年分出，另立东里生产大队。1984年以后称赤水乡东里村；1992年7月乡制撤销，此村改隶赤水镇，称东里村，同时成立村委会。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

村内有两座古老的石拱桥。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2024年10月，泉州市把东里村定为2024年度市级「一村一品」专业村，主导产业为富硒大米。[1]
