云美村是福建省泉州市永春县东平镇下辖的行政村，位于镇的西南方向，地处与南安市码头镇相接的山坳中，距镇区约14公里。村名的来历是：村子四面群山环抱，春夏时节云雾缭绕，景色优美，因而得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

新中国成立前，这一带是云峰保；此后改设云峰乡。1958年公社化期间，设云峰大队。[1]

1961年从中分出，另立云美大队；1984年改为东平镇云美村，并设村委会。[1]

经济[edit]

村里主要种植水稻和芦柑。[1]
