石塔村位于龙涓乡西部，与华安县接壤，距龙涓镇驻地10公里。村名旧作祈塔，新中国成立后改称石塔。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期此地属龙涓里殊塔乡，民国后期归龙涓乡一个保。1952年归第九区，1958年成为龙涓公社的一个大队。[1]

1961年8月从原大队分出，设石塔大队；1984年7月起为村。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村域最高处海拔1219.3米，最低处425米。村中以吴、王两姓为主，吴姓于宋末迁入，王姓于明初迁入。[2]

人口民族[edit]

1993年全村272户、1280人；2007年全村394户、1435人。[2]

文化[edit]

民国17年（1928年）村中创办学校，1986年新建校舍一座。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2022年1月，石塔村被认定为「安溪县2020-2021年度文明村镇」。[1]
