长林村是福建省泉州市安溪县湖上乡下辖的行政村，村名取自两个旧村落名各一字[1]。

地名由来[edit]

村名取自长坪、茶林仑两个村落的名字，各取一字合为「长林」[1]。

沿革[edit]

早年属修仁乡来苏里，民国时期归八社乡管辖。1952年划入第十二区的沙上乡；1958年成为湖头公社的一个生产大队，1961年定名长林生产大队。1984年定名湖头乡长林村委会，1987年才改隶湖上乡[1]。
