历史沿革[edit]
1946年（民国三十五年），此地归潘桃乡左槐保管辖；1952年起隶属第十三区的槐植乡。[1]
1958年起此地归感德公社的槐植大队管辖；1981年析出，建立槐东大队；1982年设为独立村，1984年成立感德乡的槐东村委会。[1]
2021年12月，槐东村获确定为「2021年度福建省“一村一品”示范村」（铁观音）；同月，又入选「泉州市2019—2021年度市级“一村一品”专业村（乡镇）」，主导产业为铁观音茶叶。[1]
该村于2022年1月获得安溪县2020至2021年度文明村镇的称号。[1]
