雅兴村位于城厢镇西北，靠近观音山东南麓，村域在蓝溪北岸。村名原称兴口林，后改为现名。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历是：许姓族人认为宗祠的地穴形似“龙虾出海”，因而把此地叫作兴口。中华人民共和国成立初期，几个自然村合组为行政村，取“雅丽秀气，子孙兴旺”之意，定名雅兴。[1]

明代始称兴口林。清代属光德里，民国时分设雅兴保与光德保。1952年起隶属第二区的雅兴乡，1958年归城关公社，设雅兴大队；1965年改隶城厢公社，原大队此时分成三片，各自仍称雅兴。1984年改设城厢乡雅兴村委会。[1][2][3]

2020年、2021年和2022年，雅兴村三次入选阿里研究院公布的淘宝村名单。[1]
