柏山村位于洛江北部、罗溪镇区中心一带，村落建在柏树山周围，村名由此而来。[1]

村域东侧接永生村，西侧则隔溪与前溪村相望。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村域在明清时属四十七都，民国时隶大罗溪乡的柏山保，新中国成立初设第一区柏山乡。[1]

1958年设柏山大队，隶罗溪公社；1971年起由泉州市罗溪公社统辖。1984年改称罗溪乡柏山村委会，后又改为罗溪镇柏山村。[1]

经济[edit]

2020年至2022年间，柏山村三次列入淘宝村名单。2021年11月，村庄获得2021年福建省卫生村的命名。[1]
