海滨街道在泉州市鲤城区中南部，是该区的一个街道，辖8个社区[1][2]。街道名称来自辖区内孔庙所立的一块碑，碑上「海滨邹鲁」四字据载为宋代理学家朱熹所题[1]。辖区处在泉州古城之内，文物古迹较多：泉州府文庙是国家重点文物保护单位，位于涂门社区[6][8]，北宋元祐二年（1087年）设立的市舶司遗址在水门社区[9][10]。

历史沿革[edit]

1949年，今辖区分属晋江县城区的两个区，同年10月起改隶城关特别区，分为中镇与南镇。1951年1月，晋江县与泉州市分治，水门、涂门等街划入临江区，海滨、新门两街则属鲤中区；1952年3月鲤中区撤销，辖区统归临江区[3]。

1955年3月，这里设第二街道办事处，驻金鱼巷，下辖五条街。1960年7月街道办事处撤销，改设海滨人民公社；1980年8月人民公社撤销，恢复街道建制[3]。

1988年11月，浮桥镇的笋浯村与金山新村划归海滨街道。1997年6月鲤城区行政区划调整，区名保留，调整后所辖的泉州古城街道中便有海滨街道[3][5]。

2002年，辖区的居委会与村委会陆续整合或改制为社区。笋浯、水门、东鲁、新门、涂门等社区于当年5月成立或改制，海清社区则在3月设立[17][18][19][20][21][22]。金山社区由金山新村改建而来，1989年6月金山新村析为金山、金苑两个居委会，2001年6月又与金宝居委会整合为金山社区[3][16]。金洲社区晚至2009年10月才成立[23]。

地理环境[edit]

博雅地名网载辖区总面积约3.73平方千米，未注年份[2]。笋浯社区一带临笋浯溪，西侧邻晋江中下游河道；金洲社区西至江滨北路，北以笋浯溪为界[17][23]。

名胜古迹[edit]

泉州府文庙，唐代始建，北宋太平兴国年间迁至现址，南宋绍兴七年（1137年）重建，历代屡经修葺。2001年6月被列入第五批全国重点文物保护单位名录[7][8]。博雅地名网载辖区有市级以上文物点11处[2]。

市舶司遗址在水门社区水沟2号。北宋元祐二年（1087年）设市舶司，掌管海舶贸易事务。2020年列入福建省第九批省级文物保护单位[9][10]。

祖闾苏民居在涂门社区，现存四座大厝，占地约3000平方米。这里由北宋政治家、科学家苏颂的后人在元代形成聚居，其先人信奉伊斯兰教，世代与阿拉伯裔家族通婚[11][12]。该建筑群于2009年11月被公布为福建省第七批文物保护单位[12]。

东观西台吴氏大宗祠在涂门街，明代始建，原是明代进士吴龙征的住宅；吴龙征曾任东观侍读、西台御史，地名由此而来[13]。2005年被认定为福建省第六批文物保护单位[13]。

花桥慈济宫位于中山南路，祀北宋泉州名医吴夲，始建年代在1131至1162年间，为福建省级文物保护单位[14]。它在水门社区，地址为中山南路553号[6]。

永潮宫俗称四堡宫，在水门社区四堡街58号。其横匾「慈济威灵」为明宰相张瑞图所书，此宫于2006年重建，其泉州市文物保护单位的身份则在2001年5月确定[15]。
