林田村位于西洋镇西北部，是革命老区村，距西洋集镇约11公里。[1]

村名的来历是境内山林与田地较多。2024年7月，该村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清两代此地隶属永安二十八都。清朝时，泉州永春、南安一带的部分移民迁来定居。民国时划在西洋乡范围内，1951年9月改入西洋区小螺乡，1958年10月并入西洋公社，1962年1月改属小螺公社，1966年2月复归西洋公社。1984年成立林田村村民委员会，1997年建办公大楼。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

林田村的詹出然厝建于清光绪十一年（1885年），为合院式建筑。1934年7月，北上抗日先遣队的队伍经过本村，两支红军部队在詹出然厝设立了临时指挥部。2020年，该建筑列为永安市级文物保护单位。[2][3]

1934年8月，一批村民被国民党兵捆绑押送，红军战士赶到救下全部被捆村民，随后5名红军战士牺牲。村民私下将遗骸埋葬，立石为碑，形成一座无名红军烈士墓，此后由一家五代人守护。2022年5月，该墓被迁往洪公山革命烈士纪念园，原貌得以保留。[4]
