黄埠乡是福建省三明市建宁县下辖的乡，位于县境西南部，距县城约42千米。乡境东邻伊家乡，南接宁化县，西南与客坊乡相连，西北部与江西省广昌县交界，全乡辖十个行政村。[1][2][3][4]

此地处于闽赣两省三县五乡的结合部，历来是周边农副产品的交易集散地，古称黄泥埔，后因“铺”与“埠”同音，写作黄埠。[1][4]

1931年，红军在这里建立了中心区苏维埃政府，并组建了桂阳游击队，今留有几处旧址。1984年，由客坊乡划出十个大队，设立黄埠乡人民政府。[5][6][7][8]

历史沿革[edit]

旧时这一带属西区孝义乡，宋、明、清各代沿袭此制，民国初仍用清朝的建制。民国后期，境内分属新安乡与益安乡。[5]

1931年5月，红一方面军解放建宁县后，桂阳、黄泥铺等地随即建立中心区苏维埃政府，开展土地革命。同年7月红军主力撤离，两处苏维埃政府停止活动。[6][7][8]

1950年建宁解放后，此地归第二区人民政府管辖，称作黄埠。此后数度改隶，1961年9月划归客坊人民公社。1984年，由客坊乡划出十个大队，设立黄埠乡人民政府，沿用至今。[5]

政府网站称，乡内有中央红军村1个。[1]

2014年6月，环境保护部授予黄埠乡「2012—2013年度国家级生态乡镇」称号；黄埠乡于2022年12月被福建省爱国卫生运动委员会命名为「2022年福建省卫生乡镇」。政府网站另称，乡里先后获评「国家森林文化小镇」「省级生态乡镇」。[4][1]

地理环境[edit]

辖区面积为137平方千米，百度百科与政府网站作此数；博雅地名网所载为122平方千米，此处不取。[1][2][4]

境内金、铅、石英等矿产资源品位较高，已探明中型规模金矿床1处。三明市首个高山风力发电场也建在这里。[1]

交通上，莆炎高速、省道横六线和县道黄均线穿境而过。[2]

百度百科载，2019年末黄埠乡户籍人口为1.22万人。政府网站称常住人口约4200人，户籍人口为1.17万人，未注明统计时点。[2][1]

经济[edit]

政府网站称，本乡特色作物有烟叶、莲子、水稻、芋和桃梨等，其中桂阳萝卜获得国家地理标志认证。[1]

黄埠位于闽赣交界处，旧时有“闽盐赣米”的说法，是两省物资的集散地，政府网站仍称其为周边农副产品的交易集散地。[2][1]

乡内民俗文化与农耕文化资源丰富，有花灯、剪纸和桂阳提线木偶戏等传统艺术，其中桂阳提线木偶戏入选三明市级非物质文化遗产。政府网站称乡内有省级传统村落1个。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

桂阳游击队旧址是桂阳村的张王庙，坐东朝西、砖木结构，建于清代，占地514平方米，原为张氏后裔祭祖之所。1931年2月21日，桂阳游击队在庙内举行成立大会，这支队伍是建宁县第一支红色地方武装，由中国共产党领导。同年6月，该队编入红军南广建独立团。[6]

黄泥铺中心区苏维埃政府旧址坐落在黄埠村下街，建于清末，木结构，悬山顶，占地152.5平方米，自门廊起依次为下厅、天井、上厅。[7]

桂阳中心区苏维埃政府遗址在桂阳村老街，始建于清代，砖木结构，悬山顶，建筑占地414平方米，由下堂、天井、上堂组成。[8]

竹薮村内有少共国际师改编地旧址。[9]
