里源村位于客坊乡西北部，距乡政府约5公里。村子东面与客坊村相接，西面与江西省广昌县尖峰乡的一个村庄为邻。村里的景点有紫云岩寺和寨下峡瀑布。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

宋元时期村子属孝义乡的里源保，解放前归新安乡。1950年设乡人民政府，此后改为乡人民委员会，1958年改为生产大队，文革后的1968年转为大队革命领导小组，1984年才设立村民委员会。[1]

2021年11月，村子被命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1] 2024年7月，村子又被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]

村子有20个村民小组，618户，2596人。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村中山地面积2.93万亩，耕地面积4493亩，山林植被覆盖面积86%。林中有红豆杉、杉木、松木和毛竹，阔叶林里产野生红菇。村中矿产有金矿、石英石和瓷土。[2]

经济[edit]

主要作物有水稻、烟叶、莲籽、制种和槟榔芋，村里有高山野生山茶油和建莲17号通心白莲等绿色食品。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

紫云岩寺和寨下峡瀑布，是博雅地名网列在里源村名下的旅游景点。[2]
