溪口村是溪口镇下辖的行政村，村名来自其所在地长塘小溪与濉溪的汇合处。[1]

福建省爱卫办于2021年11月把本村列为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明初属北门外区青云保，解放前为濉安乡青云保；解放后设溪口乡人民政府，隶一区，当时分为青云、正义、和平三村。[1]

1956年设溪口乡人民委员会；1958年归溪口公社，称溪口大队；1961年把部分居民户划给城关镇；1968年设大队革命领导小组；1984年起称溪口村村民委员会。1995年9月，本村改属溪口镇。[1]
