上黎村处在建宁县西北角，与江西的南丰、广昌两县相邻，境内有306国道通过。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村名取“山高黎明早”之意：村子位于地势较高的山间盆地上，清晨阳光很早便穿透雾气。俗称「由赣入闽第一村」。[1]
宋元时，此地隶属孝义乡的上黎保；明初归北区，仍为上黎保；民国时属益安乡，保名仍为上黎保。[1]
1950年，上黎乡政府在此设立，隶属第二区；1956年，乡政府换为乡人民委员会。1958年公社化后，此地成为生产大队；1968年，大队设革命领导小组；1984年，村民委员会成立，归里心镇管辖。[1]
2020年12月，上黎村入选「2020年度福建省“一村一品”示范村」名单，所列产品为建宁水稻种子。2021年12月，村子被确定为「福建省第二批高级版绿盈乡村（乡镇）」。2021年11月，「2021年福建省卫生村」称号由福建省爱卫办授予该村。[1]
2024年7月，上黎村获「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」称号，并被确定为「2021-2023年三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
