双坪村在大龙乡西南部，属革命老区村，村内有1934年的「中共泰宁县委及苏维埃旧址」。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

村名来自所辖自然村「双坪」，立村时当地有两块较大的平地，故名。[1]

宋元时期一带为崇礼乡大田里善溪保的一部分，洪武元年（1368）归善溪上保。民国初至1931年为南乡地方。[2]

1931年后苏维埃时期，村内有举岚乡与下坊乡两处苏维埃政府，归龙安区；1934年6月改属三区，1940年归龙善乡。[2]

1950年末至1951年末设双坪乡政府，归五区；1956年划入大布区，1958年设双坪生产大队，归万能公社，1959年改属大布公社。[2]

1984年改设村民委员会，属大布乡；2005年起划归大龙乡。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

1934年，中共泰宁县委与泰宁县苏维埃政府在本村一带活动，留下的「中共泰宁县委及苏维埃旧址」为县级文物保护单位，列入第三次全国文物普查登记。[1][3]

博雅地名网将「中共泰宁县委、泰宁县苏维埃政府大布旧址」置于本村下坊自然村，旧址原为李氏民宅，为硬山式木构架砖瓦建筑。[4]

村内另有清代建造的双坪李氏宗祠。[3]

文化[edit]

本村为省级传统村落，2021年6月列入第四批福建省级传统村落名单。[1][5]

2021年11月被命名为2021年「福建省卫生村」，2022年10月被认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」，2024年7月获评2023年度三明市达标「六无」村（社区）。[1]
