上青乡是福建省三明市泰宁县下辖的乡，位于县境北部，距县城约23公里，全乡下辖8个行政村。[1][9]

乡境内有上清溪、九龙潭等风景名胜，上青桥灯、上青古乐和游浆豆腐等民间文化在此流传。[1][6]

地名由来[edit]

乡驻地在明代称「上新墟」，因读音相近演变为「尚青」，此后又写作「上青」。[4][2]

地理环境[edit]

乡域北面与邵武市接壤，其余三面分别与杉城镇、朱口镇、新桥乡为邻，面积91.3平方千米。[5][1]

人口[edit]

泰宁县人民政府网站2023年3月发布的概况称，全乡总人口11504人、2792户。[1] 第七次全国人口普查登记的2020年11月1日零时常住人口为2777人。[5] 两处数字的统计口径未见说明，此处并列。

历史沿革[edit]

宋元至清代，此地属绥城乡清泰里。民国时期属北乡，后设崇高乡；其间崇高乡与安仁乡（今新桥）曾合并为崇仁乡。[2]

1931年至1934年苏维埃时期，此地设上青乡苏维埃政府，隶属新桥区。[3]

解放后，此地于1950年4月划为第四区的一部分，区公所设于新桥。1956年下半年，该区更名为新桥区。1958年，新桥区改组为上游公社；次年上游公社与红星公社合并（红星公社即今朱口镇），更名朱口公社。1961年10月，从朱口公社析出，另设上青公社。1984年9月，改设上青乡。[2]

文化[edit]

泰宁县人民政府网站称，上青有「中国民间文化艺术之乡」的美称。据其所载，上青桥灯的申报曾获大世界吉尼斯记录的认定，上青古乐则属省级非物质文化遗产项目。[1]

游浆豆腐技艺列为市级非物质文化遗产，据同一网站，该技艺还取得了国家地理标志商标。「幸福鲤鱼」的传说在乡内流传。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

上清溪属泰宁的世界自然遗产与世界地质公园范围，溪流全长50多公里。[1][6]

九龙潭位于崇际村，2022年6月30日获批为「国家4A级旅游景区」；红石沟同样在乡境之内。[8][1]

崇化自然村的树德堂是一座明末大宅，呈五进式，为福建省文物保护单位。[7]

荣誉[edit]

环境保护部于2012年12月授予上青乡「2010—2011年度国家级生态乡镇」称号。[2]

2021年2月，上青乡列入「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。[2]

2022年12月，上青乡获福建省爱国卫生运动委员会授予「2022年福建省卫生乡镇」称号。[2]
