洋尾村位于台溪乡北部，距乡政府约1千米，距县城约16千米，村域面积约1.8平方千米。村名源于它位于低溪洋的水尾。[1][2][3]

全村有13个姓氏，以詹、陈、吴三姓居多，是明清时期陆续入住的多姓村落。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

旧属二十五都龙溪境，民国时期归书洋保。解放初划入台溪乡；1958年设洋尾大队，1984年此处更名洋尾村，设村委会。[4]

人口与地理[edit]

全村辖12个村民小组，农户435户，男性1051人，女性989人，合计2040人，未注统计年份。[2]

村落依乌所岩山麓展开，呈扇形向台溪河两岸延伸，刘坑与对坑两条小溪穿村后汇入台溪河。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

据博雅地名网，村内有夫人宫、吴仙宫和仙亭，均经翻修，原本是明清时代的宫庙建筑。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2024年7月，洋尾村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」，同月又被确定为「2021-2023年三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
