溪尾村是溪尾乡的集镇所在地。从村里到尤溪县城约33公里，离京福高速的洋中互通口约20公里，村中有2个自然村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时溪尾一带属尤溪十八都，民国时称溪尾保。新中国成立初曾用溪尾乡之名，1958年设溪尾大队，归火箭公社（即溪尾公社）。1984年起，这里以溪尾村之名设立村委会，原大队随之更名。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，溪尾村获福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」；2024年6月，入选「第四批高级版绿盈乡村」名单；2024年7月，被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
