文山村位于尤溪县新阳镇南部，距镇区约1公里，俗称蒙坑，海拔280米，新阳溪自北向南穿村而过。[1][2]

地名与历史[edit]

村名的由来：此地山水清秀、人才辈出，故取“文”字；先祖由登山迁来，为纪念祖先又取“山”字。[1]

此地明清时属五十都，民国时归盛美保，1943年划入新洋镇。集体化后另立大队，属新桥公社；1984年起改设文山村。[1][2]

人口与生计[edit]

现有人口1999人（博雅地名网所载，年份不详），下分两个自然村、15个村民小组。[2]

村民以种菜为主，红粬加工是祖传的手艺，村内另有服装厂，外出务工的人口较多。[2]

古迹[edit]

村尾的灵龟宫俗称下尾庵，香火较旺，每逢农历初一、十五，村内外信众前来朝拜。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，本村被列入2023年福建省卫生村名单。[1]

2024年7月公布的三明市「六无」达标名单（2023年度）中有本村。[1]
