上岩村在武陵乡西北部，是革命老区的基点村。[1]

据博雅地名网，三明市村干部「两述两评三公示」考评办法发源于本村。2012年，本村获评大田县新农村建设中的「十大优胜村」之一，并获「基层党风廉政建设示范村」与「市级生态村」称号。[1][2]

文化[edit]

2012年村级组织换届时，本村在全省率先开展村干部考评试点，内容包括述职述廉、群众评议、组织考评，以及公示测评结果、工作实绩和财务收支。[2]

同年3月，省委组织部与省委创新办选在本村举办现场观摩，议题是省级扶贫重点村的村干部考评。此后三明市下发文件，在全市农村和社区推广这一做法。考评也由每届任期一次改为每年一次，并引入村民“口碑”的反向测评。[2]
