桃源村是福建省三明市大田县桃源镇的行政村，也是镇政府的驻地所在村，位于大田县西部。[1]

村子交通便利，307省道与泉三高速公路纵贯境内，泉三高速在谷口自然村设有互通口。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村名原作「桃园」，因土地肥沃、气候温和、宜居宜耕，人们把此地比作「世外桃源」，后写作桃源。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代以前此地属漳平县聚贤里，明嘉靖十四年（1535）划归大田县，清代为聚贤里的桃源社。[3]

民国时期归大田第三区管辖，设桃源乡。1955年转入第二区；1958年公社化后并入桃源公社。1961年上京另立公社；1984年起定名桃源村，并设村民委员会。[3]

文物古迹[edit]

村内保存较好的文物古迹有春安庙、陵云桥、龙井祠等。[2]

经济[edit]

村民以种植水稻、甘薯为主，经济作物有马铃薯、桃形李、柑橘、梨和蔬菜，其中莴苣种植面积较大。[2]

村里与县电力公司合资建有一座四级站水电站。[2]

荣誉[edit]

福建省爱卫办授予桃源村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号，时间是2021年11月。[1]

2022年10月，桃源村经福建省农业农村厅认定，成为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]

2022年12月，桃源村被确定为「2022年度福建省“一村一品”专业村」（蔬菜）。[1]

2023年12月，桃源村被命名为「2023年度福建省森林村庄」。[1]
