茜坑畲族村的卫生村称号「2021年福建省卫生村」，由福建省爱卫办于2021年11月授予。2024年7月，村庄被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」，并被确定为「2021-2023年三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
