田口村位于清流县田源乡，旧称寒潭，是清流县的革命老区村之一。村名因地势平坦、良田肥沃，且位于两条河流交汇处而得名[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

解放初期此地设田口乡，1958年成立人民公社后为田口公社所在地[1]。民国时期称仓里乡田口保[1]。

1975年安砂水库建成后，主村的建筑除两座古民居保留外，全部迁往高处，现分为上、下两村[2]。

2026年1月公示的清流县第一批地名保护名录中，田口村列为百年以上古村落[3]。

2016年统计，全村有639户、2332人，含7个自然村，划分为10个村民小组[4]。

姓氏宗族[edit]

田口黄氏始祖于南宋中期迁居田口，至2016年已繁衍三十七代[4]。

红色历史[edit]

田口游击队于1930年成立，是清流县第一支红色武装，其队部设于村中的霞曾公祖屋，该旧址今列为县级文物保护单位[1][4]。
