茜坑村位于长校镇西南面，与长汀县馆前镇、连城县四堡乡交界。村子距镇政府约2.5千米，距省道204线约2千米，距清流县城约43千米。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
解放前属堡里乡留茜保。1950年改属灵地区留茜乡，1951年为五区茜坑乡所辖，1961年成为长校公社的茜坑大队，1984年设立长校乡茜坑村民委员会。[1]
据博雅地名网，宋代有一支先人随在武平任县令的次子入闽，元末其后人迁居清湖，即今村址。[2]
文化[edit]
村中尚存清代的祠堂、古庙和古亭。特色手工艺有打锡和珠绣，土特产有红菇和香菇。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2021年11月，茜坑村被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」；2023年12月，被认定为「2023年度福建省“一村一品”专业村」；2024年7月，被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
