上洋村是福建省三明市沙县区郑湖乡下辖的行政村，下辖上板1个自然村。村名的来历是本村的田洋地势较高。[1][2]

村中森林覆盖率91.04%，山林约3.88万亩，耕地约1934.85亩。全村分为9个村民小组，共403户，张姓为主要姓氏。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明代此地属三都，建国前是郑湖乡的上洋保。1951年曾设四区上洋乡，1958年成为南阳公社的上洋大队。此后划归郑湖公社，又随之并入南阳，1979年恢复建制，1984年改设为郑湖乡上洋村村民委员会，沿用至今。[2]

荣誉[edit]

上洋村于2022年10月获福建省农业农村厅认定，列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[2] 2024年7月，上洋村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标六无村（社区）」，同月又获确定为「2021-2023年三明市达标六无村（社区）」。[2]
