历史沿革[edit]
村名取义于古时村中出过秀才，此后读书人较多。[1]
此地明代属沙县仪奉团，民国时归杨光乡文山保。1951年设五区文坑乡，1958年改为文坑大队，隶属上游公社；1964年划归大洛公社，1984年成立文坑村村民委员会。[1]
本村于2022年12月获福建省爱国卫生运动委员会认定，列为「2022年福建省卫生村」；2024年7月，获评「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
