清溪村位于莘口镇西南部，距市区约30公里，村名因溪水清澈而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1978年，村子从原有的生产队划出，成立清溪大队；1987年成立清溪村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村中留有明末清初的古民居，其中有岭头的善元堂、荣昌堂、福兴堂，以及祖祠如在堂，村里另有若干典型的四合院。[1]

文化[edit]

2024年1月，清溪村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]
