历史沿革[edit]
村地势高、坡度陡，常年缺水，旱情严重，因此得名上旱。[1]
旧时隶属兴安乡。新中国成立后自其中划出，称上旱村，暂由社硎公社代管。1956年划入社硎区，1984年设上旱村村民委员会，隶属社硎乡。[1]
