灯塔社区是龙华镇政府驻地所在的社区，位于镇区西侧、龙华溪下游，南以木兰溪为界，北依宝幢山与佛尖山。[1]社区下辖八个自然村，其中吴店有蔡襄祠。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

解放前，此地以仁德或龙华统称，归仙游管辖，属孝仁乡。1950年划入第四区，1951年设龙华乡，隶属第十一区。当地以龙华双塔为主要标志，号称灯塔大队。1958年归龙华公社；1984年改为灯塔村委会。[1][2]

名胜古迹[edit]

社区境内有龙华双塔、龙华寺与蔡襄纪念祠。[1][2]龙华双塔为宋代建造的八角五层石构古塔。[3]
