溪尾村位于仙游县「东厢平原」腹地，全村辖21个村民小组。村里是竹、草、芒、藤、塑、棕六种编织工艺的生产专业村，并有木、牙、竹、玉、石、铜等雕刻工艺。[1][2]

产业[edit]

村里发展“一村一品”，陆续建设了红木市场、红木展览交易工艺走廊和工艺品一条街。[1]

溪尾的“六编”工艺品有海外订单，部分个体企业与亚欧美的客商签订了供货合同。[2]

荣誉[edit]

村先后获得福建省第三、五、六、十、十一届「省级文明村」称号，1995年获「省文明单位」称号，2009年获「文明村镇」称号，1999年获「省先进基层党组织」称号，2004年和2007年两度获「市文明村」称号。[1]
