龙山村位于西天尾镇，村名据称因境内一山地处「龙穴」而得名。村内有溪安地下革命活动点旧址、三台拱曜墓和龙山汀渚桥等古迹。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名来自境内的一座山，该山地处「龙穴」，村民建居于山麓，故称龙山。[1]

清代以前此地属武化乡仁德里，1936年到1949年8月间属莆田县第四区，设龙山保；新中国成立后先设龙山乡，1952年归第七区，1954年改属第十区。1956年成立龙山高级社，次年改称龙山社。1958年并入涵江人民公社，成为龙山生产大队；1965年改属西天尾人民公社。1968年大队下设革命领导小组，1980年恢复为生产大队，1984年改为乡下的龙山村，1986年升为镇下的村，2002年起属荔城区西天尾镇。[2]

2021年2月，村入选「福建省2018—2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单；2020年9月与2021年10月，先后入选阿里研究院公布的「2020年淘宝村」与「2021年淘宝村」名单（后者由南京大学空间规划研究中心与阿里研究院联合发布）；2022年10月，入选「2022年淘宝村」名单；2023年11月，被认定为「2023年度莆田市中级版绿盈乡村」。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

溪安地下革命活动点旧址位于溪安自然村。该自然村出过闽中支队莆田县大队的大队长张坤；1927年前后，当地陈贤、陈成等人入党，此后几年间党员人数增长很快。[1]

三台拱曜为林披、林韬、林昌三兄弟的墓，始建于唐代，近年重修，墓占地约1253平方米，平面呈风字形。[1]

龙山汀渚桥为南宋初年由李富募捐修建的三孔石梁桥，东西走向，全长约24.25米，跨于后卓溪龙崇河支流之上，是莆田市第九批市级文物保护单位。[1]
