拱辰街道是福建省莆田市荔城区下辖的街道，辖区位于莆田市区北部，东部一带临近木兰溪。街道名称来自明清兴化府城北门的「拱辰门」，2002年8月由原城郊乡改设，隶属荔城区。[1][2][4]

历史沿革[edit]

拱辰街道设立于2002年8月，由原城郊乡改设而来，划归荔城区，办事处设在拱辰。[1][2]

2021年2月，街道入选「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。[2]

地理环境[edit]

辖区东部的张镇村与木兰溪相接，木兰溪边的陡门水闸就在陡门社区内，北部的南郊社区则靠近延寿溪。[4][12][11]

名胜古迹[edit]

街道内有几处中共地方组织早期活动的旧址。中共莆田县委旧址在濠浦社区的四亭自然村，1940年县委机关由此迁往莆永交界的宁里村。[5] 同在四亭的中共莆田县工委旧址即显兴堂，1948年7月在此宣布县工委成立。[7] 胜利路236号处的闽中国共和谈地遗址，记录了1937年中共闽中工委与国民党莆田县当局商议合作抗日的经过，当年8月双方达成协议。[6] 位于长丰村的长丰联络站旧址是祗林祠，1929年县委曾在此召开扩大会议。[8]

东阳村的东阳明清民居建筑群属莆田市级文物保护单位，明初御史陈道潜定居于此后，逐渐形成了这片建筑群。[9] 另有吴公庙在畅林社区的上林自然村，列为莆田市文保单位，庙宇建于宋代、清代重建；瑞云祖庙戏台在拱辰社区辰门兜，历史上各地戏班多在此献演。[13][3]

著名人物[edit]

明代官员陈道潜（1364～1433）是东阳村人，历任监察御史，巡按湖广，参与编修《性理大全》，著有《庭训》。[10]
