大洋村位于福建省莆田市涵江区北部，东与坝头村相邻。它是大洋乡乡政府的驻地，也是全乡人口最多的行政村。[1][3]

村中设有大洋中学和大洋中心小学，并保存着闽中支队司令部旧址、善扬宫等遗迹与庙宇。[1][3]

地名由来[edit]

村境地势平坦开阔，望去如同一片平川，故称“大洋”。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村地在新中国成立前归兴化县广业里管辖，民国年间则划入莆田县第四区游洋乡，编为东里保。解放后归大洋乡管理；1958年随公社化编入新县人民公社，称大洋生产大队。1965年改由大洋公社领导，1984年12月改称莆田县大洋乡大洋村，2002年起隶属涵江区。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村内洋边自然村有「闽浙赣人民游击纵队闽中支队司令部旧址」，该旧址为莆田市文物保护单位。同村的后勤部旧址、印刷厂旧址与度口街岗楼战斗遗址，都与闽中支队或1949年前后的革命斗争有关。[2][8][4][5]

闽中支队供给部旧址位于石苔自然村，即善扬宫。宫庙始建于宋代，清雍正年间多次翻修，为莆田市文物保护单位。1949年2月前后，闽中支队曾在宫中设粮仓与被服厂。[6][7]

万安寺原名响石庵，清嘉庆十四年（1809年）始建，1949年秋毁于战火，2001年按原貌重建，即闽中支队印刷厂旧址所在。[4]

文化[edit]

村中现存清代古民居二十多座，村落中还有古井、古拱桥与庙会等民间习俗。[3]

2021年2月，大洋村入选「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。2022年10月，大洋村获认定为2022年度莆田市中级版「绿盈乡村」。[1][3]
