洋尾村是福建省莆田市涵江区白塘镇下辖的行政村，位于白塘镇东南部，紧邻白塘湖。村中多宋、明、清时期的祠堂、牌坊和古民居，白塘李氏大宗祠、州牧祠、李制干祠（李富祠）等古建筑保存至今。村落2003年被福建省人民政府列为省级历史文化名村。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

洋尾与白圹相连，人称“白塘洋尾”。白圹在明月高照时一片白亮，洋尾位于白塘尾部东侧，故改称洋尾。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据载村落形成于唐代。咸平二年（999），李氏一支迁到白塘洋尾，此后聚族而居。宋代属莆田县崇业乡孝义里，明代属莆田县二区孝义里，民国时属涵江镇。新中国成立后先后属莆田县第二区、第六区、集奎乡和涵江人民公社。1984年10月大队改为村，称涵江乡洋尾村；1993年起为白塘镇洋尾村。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

白塘李氏大宗祠由后裔为纪念李富而建，明代已有其始，清乾隆二十八年（1763）改建，为单进合院式。院中存有明弘治二年（1489）所立的碑刻，题为“白塘李氏重修先祠碑”。[1][4]

州牧祠建于清乾隆年间，现存为原建筑，2020年12月公布为涵江区第九批文物保护单位。[1]

李制干祠又称李富祠。李富（1085至1162），字子诚，宋建炎元年（1127）出资招募义兵三千人，北上抗击金兵，所部归韩世忠统率。朝廷授其承信郎，并任殿前统制司干办官，因此人称“李制干”。祠原为李富故居，后裔改作祠堂，明代有“宋赠殿前都统制司制干李公墓道”石刻，1993年6月列为莆田市文物保护单位。[3][4]

洋尾古坊群位于李角自然村，共三座牌坊：佥判第坊、科第坊和栢府归荣坊。佥判第坊始建于南宋淳熙年间（1174至1189），科第坊为明成化年间建，清代重建，两者均为莆田市第九批市级文物保护单位。[4]

文化[edit]

据百度百科，白塘湖横跨上梧、洋尾、镇前三村，主湖面积385亩，经治理后扩至约580亩。[5]

洋尾村2003年被福建省人民政府确定为第二批「福建省历史文化名镇名村」，2015年10月入选「福建省第一批省级传统村落」，2020年11月获「2020年度莆田市中级版“绿盈乡村”」。2021年3月，村庄被确定为「莆田市第十五届市级文明村镇（社区）」。2024年1月被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」，2024年6月入选「福建省第四批高级版绿盈乡村」名单，同年9月被认定为「2024年莆田市“一村一品”专业村」，主导产业为乡村旅游。2025年11月，村庄被确定为「福建省2025年度省级“一村一品”专业村」。[1][2]
