陈塘社区是福建省厦门市翔安区新店街道下辖的社区，位于街道东北部，属主城区。社区是一个回族聚居的社区，前身陈塘村委会只辖陈塘一个自然村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明天启年间，晋江陈埭的丁氏回族人迁来此地，在池塘边建居，因此得名陈塘，亦称亭塘。村民多为丁姓。[1]

清代属民安里陈塘保，民国时属仁风乡溪西保，1950年归第五区普山乡，1955年划入洪钟区，1959年设于新店公社溪尾大队之下。1984年9月，陈塘从溪尾大队分出，成立陈塘回民村委会，隶属新店乡。[1]

1987年起归新店镇管辖。1997年又划归同安区，2003年转入翔安区，直至2006年3月，才改成陈塘社区居委会。[1]

1998年时只有1个村民小组，75户，285人。[1]

2021年11月，社区被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生社区」。[1]
