古坑村位于汀溪镇西北部，共5个自然村，其中有寨下、殿前两处。村里以三角梅为一村一品的产品，并在2020年被确定为福建省“一村一品”示范村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
清代，村地是感化里六都至八都埔尾保的一部分。民国后期它归美峰乡美石保管辖；新中国成立后隶第三区褒美乡。1959年，它从褒美分出，另设汀溪公社古坑大队。1961年改入上埔公社，上埔公社撤销后（1964年）仍回汀溪公社。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2020年9月，农业农村部把古坑村推介为「2020年中国美丽休闲乡村」。同年12月，它被确定为「福建省第一批高级版绿盈乡村」，并列入「2020年度福建省一村一品示范村」名单，产品是三角梅。2021年2月，古坑村名列「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」。2021年10月，它入选「2021年福建省金牌旅游村」。福建省农业农村厅在2022年10月认定其为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]
