溪边社区是福建省厦门市同安区大同街道下辖的社区，位于街道东南部，南临324国道。博雅地名网称社区成立于1975年。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代这里属在坊里龙门坊溪边保。1943年划归城厢镇碧溪保，1950年成为城关镇碧岳乡的一部分。1959年，碧岳大队所辖的岳口、铺前、五甲被划归布塘公社，溪边社则并入东溪居委会，隶属城关公社。[1]

1982年东溪分出溪边居委会，属城关镇；1984年改属大同镇。2000年12月并入大同街道，2003年改制为社区。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，福建省爱卫办授予该社区「2021年福建省卫生社区」称号。[1]
