四里社区位于福建省厦门市思明区筼筜街道，原为筼筜湖北岸的海湾滩涂，1970年筑堤填海后成为陆地；2001年由三里、四里两居委会整合而成。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此处原是筼筜海湾的滩涂，1970年筑堤填海，此后陆续成为居住区。1958年以后归梧村大队管辖，1982年11月划入筼筜街道。1983年至1985年间，湖滨新村先后分出三里与四里的居委会；1998年四里南北两居委会合一，2000年三里南北合为三里居委会，2001年8月三里与四里整合为现在的社区[1]。
