梧村社区是福建省厦门市思明区梧村街道下辖的社区。该地旧称“吴村”，明清时期为吴姓聚居之地，吴姓在此开垦荒地，地因此得名；民国时期改为今名“梧村”。[1]

2021年11月，该社区被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生社区」。[1]
