华石村为福清市东张镇西部山区的行政村，以农业为主，全村有10个村民小组。[1]

村名取意：此地多石，为求吉祥，故以“华石”命名。据博雅地名网，全村523户、2128人，未注明年份。[1]

村内主要种植水稻、甘薯、果蔗、茭白和芋头，果树以枇杷、杨梅、柿和柑橘为主。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清初何氏自永泰县山头迁入，村域内有蓝田境，当时归长东乡新宁里。1910年（清宣统二年）改属东张镇；1943年于此设里坪乡的华石保，分为11甲。[1]

1950年划入第六区道桥乡，1958年改隶东张公社道桥大队，1959年另设华石大队，1984年撤大队设村，属东张镇。[1]

荣誉[edit]

华石村于2021年11月获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]

2025年5月，华石村被认定为「福州市2025年市级“一村一品”专业村」，主导产业为茉莉花。[1]

2025年11月，华石村被确定为「福建省2025年度省级“一村一品”专业村」，主导产业为茉莉花。[1]
