桥尾村位于镇南部，村子因江口桥而得名，村中的桥尾桥是县级文物保护单位。[1][2][3]

村子位于江口桥的下侧，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此前这里属漆林大队，辖有多个自然村。之后拆分，设立桥尾村。[1]

荣誉[edit]

桥尾村于2021年11月获得「2021年福建省卫生村」称号，由省爱卫办授予。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

桥尾桥位于本村，长约97米，是福清与莆田的分界桥梁，又名迎仙桥。年代为宋，1988年公布为县级文物保护单位。[2][3]
