地名由来[edit]

村庄背靠华抗山，西边紧邻魏庄港。过去海潮可以直达村边，此村位于港道最前端，因此得名前庄[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

1943年分为5甲，属钟厝保；1957年归泽岐乡，1961年自泽岐分出，另立前庄大队[1]。
