海滨村在龙田镇东壁岛的北部，是一个沿海小渔村。[1]

村名因地处东壁岛北端、临近九使山脚而定。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清乾隆年间有人迁居此处。此地原属崇德乡时和里，名为北山境。1943年后划入东壁保，此后陆续隶东壁乡、东壁大队，1979年改称北山大队，1984年设村委会。[1]

地理环境[edit]

森林覆盖率为40%，另有耕地100亩和500亩滩涂。[1]

人口[edit]

住户288户，居民848人；6个村民小组；党员22人，设一个党支部。[1]

经济[edit]

村民以海上运输、养殖、捕捞和经营旅游度假村为主要收入。据博雅地名网，2011年前后村中有海运船42艘。[2]

文化[edit]

2009年，村子被评为福州市级卫生村；2010年，被评为市级平安村；2011年，被评为福清市「2009~2011年文明村镇」。[2]

2024年12月，村子被认定为「2024年度福州市绿盈乡村建设中级版村庄」。[1]
