历史沿革[edit]

民国末，南江为东庠乡的南江保。1956年并入东庠高级社，1958年划为流水分社东庠大队，1949年即已归东庠乡。[1] 1961年7月设南江大队，隶属东庠公社；1984年改为村委会。[1] 2021年4月乡镇调整后，仍归东庠乡。[1]
