凤美村是福建省福州市平潭县苏平镇下辖的行政村，由南美和朴秀下两个自然村组成。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
解放后先设凤美乡，1956年转为高级社，1958年改设大队；1984年由大队变为凤美村，村委会随之设立。2021年4月乡镇区划调整后，凤美村改隶苏平镇。[1]

村内共573户，16个村民小组，据博雅地名网村总人口1895人。[1]
